Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to confirm the home is in agreed condition and any negotiated items are complete. This is your last opportunity to flag problems before documents are signed. If something is off, we address it immediately with the appropriate parties.

Closing

At closing, you’ll sign the final documents and receive your keys once funding is confirmed. Your lender will provide a closing disclosure summarizing costs, taxes, and payment terms (if financing). I’ll stay closely involved through the finish line so the handoff is smooth and celebratory.
